Help me choose a toner among these. I want a hydrating toner with a dewy finish but it should be lightweight and I’m confused as to which one is better. For reference, my skin is combination type with my cheeks being normal in summers and dry in winters and my T zone being slightly oily in winters and much more oily…

Heya everyone!
So currently it’s summer and my skin’s been breaking out with pimples + getting real oily, but also dry/cakey when I apply makeup, especially on the nose/chin area.
